BUILT & TESTED
Online intake with file uploads and email alerts
A live example of an asynchronous request intake system: optional files and links, a request reference, private review, and owner email alerts.
The problem
Make it easy for a visitor to describe a problem, attach supporting material, give a budget, and explain what a useful result looks like—without opening an account or booking a call.
What we built
- A public intake form with only four required items: problem, name, email, and permission.
- Optional file uploads, screenshot paste, and links to documents or larger folders.
- A private operator inbox and an email alert for new requests.
- An on-screen request reference and an email-based review process.
LIVE IMPLEMENTATION · OUR OWN SERVICE DESK
What has actually been checked
- Submission
- Synthetic test requests reached the hosted form provider.
- Files & links
- Test attachment names and pasted links matched the specific received request.
- Owner alert
- An actual email alert contained the same request reference and attachment details.
- Approval boundary
- Submitting a ticket takes no payment and authorizes no work or system changes.
See it working
The intake on this website is the implementation. You can inspect it without submitting a request. This example is our own tested system, not a customer testimonial or proof of financial results.

Your current request workflow, sample fields, file needs, notification recipients, and handling constraints. Integrations, sensitive data, customer acknowledgements, retention, and support need their own agreed scope. This implementation sends owner alerts; it does not automatically email a visitor acknowledgement or provide a live status portal.
Want a result like this?
Describe your problem and the output you need. Share public links or redacted files; goals and budget can come later. A person replies by email, and scope is agreed before work.
