WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

An IT-style help desk for getting useful work done.

  1. Send the problem.Describe the problem. Add files, a goal, or a budget if you have them; “Not sure yet” is fine.
  2. Clarify the goal.A person reviews your ticket and replies by email with questions, fit, and a proposed next step.
  3. Agree on the work.Agree on the deliverable, price, timing, and success checks. Larger projects can be split into a first milestone.
  4. Review the result.Receive the agreed files, report, or tool with handoff notes. Review it against the success checks; system changes need explicit approval.

WHAT TO SEND

Required: a problem and a way to reply.

Required
Your problem, name, email, and permission to review what you submit. A short sentence is enough; there is no minimum character count.
Helpful, optional
What a good result looks like, how you’ll check it, current tools, budget, and ideal date. “Not sure yet” is fine.
Small files
Choose or drop up to 5 files, 6 MB combined. On the request page, you can drop files anywhere or paste a screenshot. Nothing uploads until you send.
Large material
Paste links to Google Docs, Sheets, Drive folders, Dropbox, OneDrive, websites, or videos. Keep your existing sharing settings; we’ll ask if viewing access is needed.
Text limits
Problem and links: 6,000 characters each. Context and desired result: 4,000 each. Success checks: 3,000. Live counters show what remains.

Make “done” easy to recognize.

A useful goal says what will change, how you’ll measure it, and by when. For example: “Create a reusable weekly sales report from our exports, with totals reconciled and a run time under 30 minutes, by our agreed date.” That is an illustrative goal to agree and test, not a promised result. We can help turn rough notes into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound checks.

What submission does

A private request

Your submission goes to a private review inbox and alerts the desk. The on-screen receipt gives you a request reference.

A human follow-up

A person follows up at your supplied email to clarify fit and scope. There is no automatic customer acknowledgement email or guaranteed response window.

Your approval

Submitting takes no payment and does not authorize work or system changes. Price, timing, permissions, and success checks are agreed first.

For confidential work, describe the need first so handling can be agreed before files are shared. Read how your information is handled.

Before you send a problem

Do I need to know how to use AI?

No. Describe the problem in your own words. You can send rough notes, screenshots, documents, and a budget range without choosing a technology.

Can I send Google Docs, Sheets, or large files?

Yes. Paste links in the file section. Google Drive folders, Docs, Sheets, Dropbox, OneDrive, websites, and video links are welcome. The upload limit applies only to files attached here. If we can’t view a linked item, we’ll follow up for access.

Can individuals submit requests too?

Yes. AI Problem Desk welcomes requests from individuals and businesses. The first step is reviewing your goal, constraints, and whether there’s a practical way to help.

Is this a subscription, chatbot, or emergency IT service?

It’s an asynchronous service desk: submit a ticket, clarify by email, and agree on a specific piece of work. No subscription starts when you submit. This form is not a live chat or emergency response channel.

Can you help with a larger or technical project?

Describe the business goal, current tools, and constraints. A larger automation, internal tool, or AI agent can be evaluated as a bounded first milestone. We agree on feasibility, access, running costs, handoff, and support before committing to a build.

Will AI handle everything automatically?

AI can assist with research, analysis, and building tools. A person reviews the request and proposed approach. Work or changes to your systems require an agreed scope and your authorization.

What happens after I submit?

Your request and files are saved in a private review inbox. A person follows up by email to clarify the goal and next step. Your on-screen receipt confirms submission. Follow-up is by email; there is no automatic acknowledgement email or guaranteed response time. Scope, price, and timing are agreed before work begins; submitting this form takes no payment.

Have a problem in mind?

A sentence is enough to start. Add files, links, a goal, or a budget if you have them.
