Checks that explain the problem
Exact duplicates
Matches every field in a row. Two rows with the same customer ID but different values are not duplicates. Trimming can change which rows match.
Blanks and shape
Counts empty cells, completely blank rows, and rows that do not match the header width. Missing values are never invented.
Formats to review
Highlights columns mixing numbers, text, or date shapes. This is a review hint, not a claim that those values are wrong.
Before you use the result
Will it change dates, currencies, or leading-zero IDs?
No automatic type conversion is performed. Values such as 0001 stay as text in the CSV. Your spreadsheet app may infer types when opening a file; use its import controls and choose Text for identifier columns.
Can I use an Excel workbook or Google Sheets?
Export the relevant sheet as CSV UTF-8 first. This tool does not open .xlsx files or connect to your Google account. In Sheets, use File → Download and choose CSV. Google’s export guidance.
Does this check every data error?
No. It cannot verify business facts, whether a blank is acceptable, valid calendar dates, locale-specific currency, or which record should win. It does not repair formulas, combine files, or build a report. These deterministic checks do not use AI.
What happens if I ask for help?
A separate request form opens. Your CSV, its name, and its contents are not transferred. Attach only the material you choose to share, or use a restricted shareable link.
